Welcome to Croydon Airport Lodge 5047 in Surrey
Croydon Airport Lodge takes its name from the historic Croydon Airport, once Britain’s principal international aviation hub. The lodge was founded nearly 100 years ago, reflecting the optimism and progress associated with the golden age of flight. Its membership has traditionally drawn together men with an interest in aviation, engineering, and public service, alongside Freemasons from a wide range of other backgrounds. Like all lodges under the United Grand Lodge of England, it is dedicated to the principles of brotherly love, relief, and truth. The lodge places importance on charitable activity, supporting both Masonic and non-Masonic causes in the local community and beyond. Through its name and traditions, Croydon Airport Lodge No. 5047 preserves a symbolic link to an important chapter in British aviation history.

You will be invited to complete your application form to join if you feel our lodge is a good fit for you. This will be read out at the next meeting.

If your application is successful a date will be set for your to join Freemasonry. The Lodge Membership Officer will communicate with you during this time so you know what to expect.
